Brick Alley Pub’s Baby Back Ribs Rub Recipe

On December 3, 2015 Brick Alley Pub will be offering a Dogfish Head Beer Dinner, pairing 6 famous Brick Alley food courses with 5 of Dogfish Head’s most limited beer offerings!

One of our Entree Buffet food offerings will be Cider Braised Baby Back Pork Ribs (from our friends over at Buckspork of Maine). This will be paired with Dogfish Head’s super rare 120 Min. IPA.

Below is Brick Alley Pub’s Baby Back Ribs Rub Recipe:

Mix together following:

  • Brown Sugar
  • Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • Chili Powder
  • Seasoned Salt

    We have been coming to BAP since we got married in 1972. We just returned from Newport Friday and we must say we were not disappointed by our patronage of BAP. As usual our alcoholic drinks were great too. We do request one thing: Please return to the menu your baby back ribs with mustard sauce!
