Brick Alley Pub’s Cajun Atlantic Salmon Recipe

Matt was back at on The Rhode Show this morning, this time walking everyone through the process of making our Cajun Atlantic Salmon Salad. We share the recipe with you below!

Brick Alley Pub’s Cajun Atlantic Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Skin-On Atlantic Salmon
  • Blue Cheese
  • Mixed Field Greens
  • Olive Oil
  • Cajun Seasoning Blend
  • Butter
  • Walnuts
  • Apple

Steps:

  1. Wash and dry field greens.
  2. Toss in other salad ingredients.
  3. No dressing is necessary for this salad – if anything toss with California extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Heat pan with butter and oil on medium/high heat.
  5. While pan and oil are heating coat salmon with cajun seasoning blend.
  6. When butter and oil are hot carefully place salmon in pan.
  7. When fish is fully cooked, place on salad and enjoy.
  8. You may also want to cook the salmon in advance and chill it to serve cold on top of the salad.
