With Cinco de Mayo right around the corner, we thought we would start celebrating a little early! Our margarita rims are salted, nachos cheesy and Pico de Gallo mixed and ready to go. As you prepare for your Cinco Celebrations, try our famous Pico de Gallo recipe below!

Brick Alley Pub’s Pico de Gallo Recipe

Finely chop the following:

  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1/2 White Onion
  • 1 Jalapeño Pepper
  • Cilantro to taste

Mix with:

  • 4oz White Vinegar
  • 4oz Corn Oil
  • Pinch of Salt

And if you want to mix it up Salad Bar style, add 8oz of Black Beans & 8oz of Corn!
