Brie, Apple and Bacon Bruschetta Recipe

Matt took to the Rhode Show this morning to share Brick Alley Pub’s Brie, Apple and Bacon Bruschetta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh baked baguette cut into 5/8″ slices
  • 1 apple sliced thin
  • 4 strips of applewood smoked bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small wheel of triple cream Brie
  • 3 or 4 green onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter

Method:

  • Spread garlic butter on baguette and toast lightly
  • Spread Brie evenly on one side of toasted bread
  • Add an apple slice
  • Sprinkle with bacon and green onion

PLUMBY’S Event: Dogfish Head ‘Beer To Drink Music To’ Release

Join us at PLUMBY’S this Saturday, April 16 at 12:00 pm for the release of Dogfish Head’s “Beer To drink Music To,”a limited Belgian-style Tripel.

To celebrate “Record Store Day,” we will be raffling off a CROSLEY record player, as well as a $25 Brick Alley Pub Gift Card and some Brick Alley gear. The winning raffle tickets will be pulled at 9pm. If you are there at 12, do not worry, you need not be present to win! (That would be a long day, drinking a beer with ABV of 9 🙂 )

The first 48 people to buy a pint will receive a glass to keep as well as a ticket in the raffle. Those late to the party will not get a glass (they are limited and first come first served) but will still receive a raffle ticket. When the glasses run out then they will still get a ticket for each pint.
